Office Manager/Billing Specialist

Christy wants to live in a world where all people truly understand the value of Chiropractic care. In her perfect world these same people would eat cupcakes for breakfast.

Christy brings with her a plethora of medical experience including physical therapy, massage therapy, energy work/holistic therapies, and previous chiropractic experience to our clinic along with positive outlook and can-do attitude.

Christy resides in Jefferson City with her husband, 3 children, and 2 pets.

Lillian Starks

Chiropractic Assistant

Since joining Vitality Chiropractic almost two years ago, Lilly has brought over four years of medical experience to her role. Having had lifelong chiropractic care, she understands the benefits of a holistic approach to health and strives to create a welcoming environment.

Originally from Cuba, Lilly relocated to Jefferson City in 2023 with her husband, Grant, a Jefferson City native, and her stepson. In 2024, they joyfully welcomed a new baby to their family. Outside of work, Lilly enjoys camping and spending time with her growing family.

With a passion for wellness and a commitment to patient care, Lilly is dedicated to ensuring every patient feels cared for the moment they walk through the door.

Mikayla Mahaney

Chiropractic Assistant

Mikayla, or Miki (yes, like the mouse), has called Jefferson City home for most of her life, with the exception of an adventurous year spent in St. Louis for school before returning to her roots. She works at Vitality Chiropractic, where she is excited to be growing in her understanding of chiropractic care and is passionate about learning how to best support others in their journey to better health.

As someone who is still relatively young, she is constantly exploring new ways to enhance her knowledge and skills in order to help those around her lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. On weekends, she works at Central Dairy, where she’s always ready to serve with a smile and a scoop of something sweet.

Outside of work, Mikayla is an avid fan of fantasy literature and enjoys writing, often finding inspiration in magical worlds and imaginative stories. She believes that creativity and curiosity are essential to personal growth and uses both to fuel her professional and personal pursuits. Whether it’s diving deeper into the world of chiropractic care or escaping into a captivating novel, Mikayla is committed to making the most of every opportunity to learn and grow.
