In order to become a new patient at Vitality Chiropractic, call us at (573) 635-2225 during normal business hours to schedule an appointment with Dr. Jamie Showers, Dr. Laura Buschjost, or Dr. Darek Funk.

We ask new patients to fill out the New Patient Paperwork out online and please arrive to your appointment 10 minutes early with insurance cards and a form of identification so we may verify patient benefits prior to treatment. If you are unable to fill the paperwork out online arrive 30 minutes early so you have time to complete it prior to your appointment time. Your First Visit At Showers Chiropractic

Please allot an hour for your first visit, which will include a thorough history, consultation, and an examination, including neurologic, orthopedic, and chiropractic tests. In order to make an accurate diagnosis, Dr. Showers, Dr. Laura Drees, or Dr. Funk may ask to obtain x-rays or other imaging prior to treatment.

Based on the analysis of your examination and images, your doctor will sit down with you and discuss your exam findings, your condition, and a recommended course of treatment. Visit the Services page to view the different treatments that may be provided. If your condition and time permits, your doctor will provide treatment on your first visit.

If Dr. Showers, Dr. Laura Buschjost, or Dr. Funk feel that your case would be better treated by another discipline they will refer you to an appropriate physician.
